Loan Sales Executive/Business Development Executive

Job Description:
- Identify leads within assigned areas and generate new leads
- Proficiency in sales products such as personal loan, Home loan, business loan etc.
- Arrange face to face meetings between potential clients such as builders, connectors, direct client etc.
- Follow up with clients to build relationship and encourage repeat business referrals.
- Meet specified target in given timeline.
- Reporting competitive activities and market trends to management.
- Sales experience in finance industry in loans will be highly preferred

Telesales Executive(Tele- caller)

Job Description:
- Ability to handle inbound calls & outbound calls
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and identifying sales opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting and follow-up on marketing initiatives
- Deliver compelling and customized sales pitches to potential customers, addressing their needs and effectively positioning our offerings.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by closing deals and securing commitments from customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions, customer details, and transactions in the CRM system
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience of 1+ in telesales or a similar role
- Candidate having experience of loans and finance industry is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resilience and persistence in a fast-paced sales environment
